If that is his mum Edith in 1841 and she was a widow then. Where is William born c?1840 .

If he was born after the census so that's why he isn't listed then can Richard be his dad ?

Is there any significance to one of his names being Gillingham ?

I wish to thank all those very helpful people who have solved the Guy family puzzle.Your help is very much appreciated.
