	Look on FreeBMD for a marriage . That's where we would look If you can't find one then if they reg the children's birth you may have to buy one of the birth certs for her full name

Given the Reg District where they are living in 1861 and the birth yeasr of John this would be a possibility although there are others. 	Don't assume that the oldest child on the census was the first-born....... There could have been others ........who didn't survive Put freebmd in your favourites....................and use it for all BMD queries between 1837 and approx 1960 http://www.freebmd.org.uk/ EDIT: Did you miss the info about John on the census you looked at?
