Have you ticked the 'variant' box?

Or left out the surname?

Hi

I need some help finding Robert Adamson born 1830/1 Allerston Yorkshire.

I can find his baptism 2 Jan 1831 with parents William (b1805/6 and Charlotte(b 1810/1.
Siblings are William b 1834/5 and Elizabeth/Eliza b(1839/40.

I found him when I was looking for another family on the 1841 census.

But when I put him into search on FMP I know the surname must be mistranscribed as the page doesn't appear at all.
