Royal Naval Air Service - WW1

According to his Marriage Certificate, dated December 1916, Robert Simmons, was serving with the R.N.A.S., probably in Kent.
I would like to find more information concerning his WW1 service record ?

Can anybody help?

Ancestry only have Army records.

You'll need to access the National Archives website
