Have you tried looking on the IGI for a possible marriage to identify the mother?

Ledbury is not Worcestershire....it's Herefordshire

I am looking for the parents of Henry Cox who was born in Ledbury Worcester in c1809. He father was known as George COX a horse dealer operating in Worcester and Gloucester borders.
