Perhaps Falce was an error and it should read Felce?

If that's the case.........Possibly a brother........

Purchasing the birth cert is the way to get factual info

Just post-WW1......so maybe mother married before

Or the marriage was outside of England/Wales

Or there wasn't a marriage......................
