Are burial records available? See if there is one for Agnes Tymmingh before the date of the other marriage.
Don't forget that Tymmingh might not be recorded in the same way - letter formation and non standardisaton of spelling. Try saying the surname out loud to get an idea of possible spellings

Think you meant 1572 not 1753 there was also one in 1603 to Margery Hickmans

I doubt if one married in 1561 could be the same one as married in 1753

I have Richard Tymmingh who married Agnes Briscow at All Saints church Sedgley in 1561 I also have found a marriage between Richard Tymmingh and Margrett Whithouse at All Saints Sedgley in 1572.

Can anyone tell me if these two richards are the same person who married twice or was there another Richard Tymmingh that I have missed?
