Your second article is rather long and I don't have time right now to type it all out.

It refers to the suicide of a Mr. Thomas Stevens, aged 58, of 9 Napier Road, Tunbridge Wells. His wife was Mrs. Mary Ann Stevens. Mr. George Hyland was a witness at the inquest.

Hopefully someone else can send you the details.

I can't send you the image as I need my son to help with things like that (and he's away just now), but this is the entry in full:-
-------

Mr. John Claudius Raven, of 30 Earl's Road, Tunbridge Wells, who died at 8 Molyneux Park, Tunbridge Wells, on the 19th May last, has left property valued at £1006. 17s. 1d. gross and £903. 5s. 1d.net. Probate has been granted to Miss Priscilla May Belle Raven, of 30 Earl's Road, his daughter, the sole executrix.
---------

The mention of Mrs. Annie Shepherd in your post was from the end of the previous entry and nothing to do with Mr. Raven.
