Yes, it's me again with my basic Ancestry membership! Please would someone be kind enough to check out the following?
I was browsing the name Maurice Augustus Powell - there are only 2 in England and both related to me.
The London one (born 1899) seems to have a few electoral register entries, but there is also 'Freedom of the City Admission papers' - no idea what this means!
Any help Much appreciated, thanks.

Appears to be an 4 year Indenture to a silversmith.
Pay was 25 shilling per week for first year, 30s for 2nd year
35s for 3rd year and 40s for 4th year

.... ( that would be £2 per week)

That's fine Mike, I just appreciate your time, thanks so much. I wonder if that relates to his job? Maybe he finished an apprenticeship or something?

Mike and Amanda, thanks so much - what lovely people! Amanda has been quick off the mark and PM'd me before I came back here so she has landed herself with all the fun of sending the image (not).
Thnks again Mike.
