Are you sure of the date as I have 23 of September? My info is taken from Ancestry tree so is not confirmed?

Ryerson Index shows a Carmine Gambardella Death as 23-8-2005 in Victoria. Was published in the Herald Sun Melbourne Victoria.
Also a Severio death as 7-2-2011 also from Melbourne.

Name spelling is Carmine and I've located a birth in Naples and a death in Australia just waiting for an email response from the family tree owner to confirm some details

I was working on the premise that figlia means daughter and figlio means son.

Not 100% sure of the spelling but it did come from my uncle who is a full blood Italian I have since contacted a friend in Perth wa who has given me access to some records will keep you posted on any progress

Possibility of your man going to New York (on the image he is a Sergeant)

Although most probably unrelated I found this showing what I would consider a male equivalent to Carmina

To be perfectly honest when I read Carmina I thought you were researching a lady.

With Italian names those ending in an "a" are usually female and those ending in an "o" are usually male.

Has anyone got access to Austrialian death records?

I have a relation exact dob not knows but is about 1925 and was in naples in Italy i know he married and moved to Austrialia where he had several children.
He passed away in the last 10 years somewhere in austrialia.

I would love some clues as to his children, mu relations.
