Morning everybody from a beautiful sunny Wales.

I am looking for a bit of help with some records I have found.
Samuel Shephard c1848 is baptised in Pyrford Surrey England 9 Jan 1848 - father's name recorded as Samuel Shephard.

Samuel Shepherd is recorded in the UK Poll Books and Electoral Registers for years 1742,1774, 1775,1780 and also in the UK Land Tax Redemption records for 1798 once for Pyrford and once for Byfleet.

I know from the baptism record dates of his children that Samuel Shepherd c1848 moves to nearby Byfleet somewhere between 1790 and 1795.
I am therefore assuming that the 1742 record relates to his father and the 1798 Byfleet record to Samuel c1748.

Does anybody have any ideas on how I might be able to attribute the 1774,1775,1788 and 1798 Pyrford records to the two Samuels?

Any ideas would be much appreciated

It was this baptism record that gave me his fathers name also as Samuel, and the death record along with his childrens' baptism records which subsequently placed Samuel c1748 in Byfleet
