I am looking for any info about john [jack] derraugh who died c 1998 possibly in Burlington or Kitchener Ontario Canada.

i would really like to find out when he was born and who his parents are.

if anyone is able to help it would be much appreciated.

So a "Street Address" like NE S19 T11 R7 EPM is surely a farm addy, rather than a street addy. It would be 4 m E and 2 m S of Hazelridge, which is abt 30km ENE of Winnipeg.
