I am assuming that the details you posted for L.A. Hooton & Bishie B. Pepper related to their marriage, if that is the case, then this could well be Luther and his family, the event date of 13 Feb 1897 for marriage to Bishie B. Pepper would make him about 35 at that time.

I have James Patrick Clusker's mother as a Mary McDade b1857 she was married to James Clusker b1856.
