I don't see a Hannah Ford with father James in any census either, unless this is her, though I doubt it. The birth date's a bit late, and birthplace not Bury:
(Ancestry suggests this one married a Holbrook, but the birthplace of Hannah Holbrook is Staffordshire.)

There are 5 Elizabeth E Lord's born Lancashire 1874-8, but none in Bury.

There are no deaths for an Emily Meadowcroft 1878 - 1881 in FreeBMD.

Maybe she was known as Hannah.
