His wife who is his second wife, if she is still alive, will be called Phyllis nee Hodgson, possibly various spelling of Phyllis. They were married 1832. Thanks.

Member Since: June 2006 Posts: 1 391 Send Message	Joseph married Margaret Chaplelow in 1802 at Wolsingham and there is a buriel for a Margaret aged 42 at Upper Town, Wolsingham. Then there is a remarriage for a Joseph to Phyllis in 1832. Maybe I am putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 but thank you all for looking.

	Note: In the 1841 Census a policy of rounding down ages was in place. As such, people aged: 15-19 were recorded as 15 20-24 were recorded as 20 25-29 were recorded as 25 30-34 were recorded as 30 35-39 were recorded as 35...and so on

	in 1861 & 1851 census Joseph and Phillis are in Wolsingham address Upper Town, which ties in with the abode given for the death of Margaret in 1818
