If anyone has access to Ancesrty, would you mind looking up for George Hall b 1877 St Pancras, (14 yrs old) in the 1891 census for me... He is NOT with his parents as his Father died, and his Mother Johanna is living in Hackney as a Housekeeper for her brother in law....I dont have a subscription to Ancesrty, but can see that there are 2 George Halls., both born in the city,London, one residing in Middlesex and the other is in City, London.... Many thanks in advance :-D |

Yes I agree, Goerge's parents were Henry and Johanna - I have them in the 1881 census.. and his Mother in the 1891 census....and I have George with his wife in the 1901 and 1911 census.... I was curious as to where he was and why he wasnt with his mother in 1891 |

Jude ,I have his birth certificate and all the marriages down that line (he was my son's great Great Grandfather).... I just find it strange that he is not with his mother in 1891. |

Hang about....I've just realised ..on the 1901 census.. it says they have a daughter Teresa G Hall, born 1894 in Ilfracombe.(close to 1891)..thats 5 years before they married, ..so he surely he may have moved down there for some reason? |
