I can't seem to find Henrietta in the 1901 census but there is a tree (Two actually but one is private) on Ancestry that has Henrietta....Father Frederick Smith and wife Charlotte Ann Newberry.

There is a photo of Frederick's grave stone........Charlotte was also buried in the same grave and some photo's of Charlotte and children.

It seems Frederick and Jane had more than one child.
