If the above marriage is correct this could be her first husband's death:-

Page no: 125

It sounds like a good possibility and the death is the same registratin district as Queenie's birth.

Not long after WW1 so her mother may have been a widow when she married Mr. Loader

I can't find a Loader/Stride marriage. Perhaps her mother had been previously married and therefore the marriage would be in another name.

Hi
Im looking for the parents of Queenie D Loader born 1924, Romsey, Hampshire. (She has passed away now)

On Freebmd their is a birth record that states mother's maiden name as Stride but not having a year of marriage I'm struggling to find any marriage record.

Think I may have to order her birth certificate but wondered if anyone could find a marriage record between her parents Loader and Stride before I do,
