Heather/Woodroffe from Sussex...

I've been told that my Heather family go back to Petworth in Sussex, and I know that is correct. However, Thomas Heather born abt 1775, who married a Sarah Woodroffe (I'm told), can't find them in the records, have I missed something ? Sarah was born in 1774 in Wigginholt, Sussex, must be near Petworth. Can anyone advise/help ? George Heather born abt 1813 Sussex, was one of their Children.

Thanks for ALL this info, I had a good look around... seems I was looking at the wrong records. So, Thomas Heather did indeed marry Sarah Woodroffe. Brill!
