Given the date they were probably professional witnesses such as church officials. You would need to view other images to check out if the names appear on any other marriage

The County Records Office for Durham will have a copy of the parish register which should have witnesses names on it but as GlitterBaby has already pointed out they may just be church officials who act as witnesses for lots of marriages. You may get lucky though and find they are family members.

The staff at Durham Record Office are very helpful and since you have the exact date and place of marriage they may be willing to look up the record for you and give you the names of the witnesses. They did this for me a couple of weeks ago but unfortunately the witnesses names meant nothing to me.

Usually, witnesses weren't recorded until 1812-ish, when the pre-printed registers came into use.

The Bishops Transcripts images for Wolsingham 1791 & 1793 are online, and there's no witnesses recorded there. (The BTs were the church's own backup copy of the parish registers.)
