Agnes T Brady was born in 1876 (possibly Belfast) but Baptised in RC church Rathmines Co. Dublin on 7 Jan 1879. Her father's name was Michael Patrick Brady.

She was alive on 13 Nov 1894 as she was a sponsor at my Gran's Baptism in Dublin City. Agnes was one of my Gran's older sisters.

Her birth doesn't seem to be registered like many of her 17 siblings!

A second cousin in Dublin seems to recall his father saying that Agnes was married to a John Sheehan or Meehan. I cannot find an appropriate marriage record for her.

I cannot locate her on the 1901 & 1911 Irish Census either.

Any help appreciated!!!

According to her baptism lines, she was born in Belfast 30th July 1876, I can't find her birth, but there is a baptism for a Elizabeth Ann Brady 1878 St. Patrick's R.C. parents Michael Brady & Bridget Conboy. There also a birth registration for a Annie Eliza Brady 1878 urban 2 with the same parents. St. Patrick's is in urban 2 in Belfast, so it more than likely the same child.

Where did you find the baptism for Elizabeth Ann Brady 1878 St. Patrick's R.C. parents Michael Brady & Bridget Conboy and the birth registration for Annie Eliza Brady 1878 urban 2 with the same parents?

The sponsors for Agnes T Brady could be her Grandparents, Daniel and Marie Brady. I did wonder if they were living in Belfast at the time of Agnes' Birth.

Have you been able to decifer what is written after "Belfast" on the original entry...I cannot for the life of me work out what the Priest has written (and my Latin is pretty good !)
I dont think male sponsor is Daniel "Brady" as the surname goes over onto next page...

How long have you been after looking for her now...years I think..!!

No I can't make out what it says after Daniel either on the original entry!

And yes I have been searching for many years now and still can't find a closure for Agnes T Brady.

Although her father's full name was Michael Patrick Brady......his name is usually recorded as 'Michael Brady' on all certificates I have.
