Member Since: July 2008 Posts: 18 042 Send Message	Found this, but the mother's maiden name is different: Liverpool, Lancashire, England, Catholic Baptisms, 1802-1906 Name: John Weir Birth Date: 18 Mar 1851 Baptism Date: 6 Apr 1851 Parish: St Francis Xavier´s (Francisci Xavarii) Father's name: Thomas Weir Mother's name: Mary Ann Lucin Address hard to read, no father's occupation. Sponsors: Patrick Kavanagh, Catharine Weir.

Member Since: March 2011 Posts: 9 Send Message	I am looking for any information relating to John Weir. he was born in 1851 in Liverpool, and is listed on the 1851 census, but I cannot find any other trace of him! I have found a potential death date for him (1896) but cannot find any other info to back this up. His parents are: Thomas Weir (b. 1821 Ireland) and Mary Ann Holland (b. 1833 Ireland). On the 1851 census, an Ann Weir (b. 1826 Ireland)is also listed, sister of Thomas. I know Thomas and Mary Ann had 4 daughters after John: Sarah Ann (b. 1853) Mary Jane (b. 1858, married Charles Austin Sumner, moved to New Zealand) Catherine Theresa (b. 1862, married Henry Waldron) Elizabeth (b. 1865) I would love some help on this!
