Hi Cathy

Are you still able to do look ups for Wiltshire?
If so I am looking for the Maiden name of a Martha who married a John Jesse around 1655 in the Chilmark area. John was the son of William Jesse and Joan nee Bennet

Hi Jan
So sorry for the delay my daughter has been in hospital for a week and we only came home yesterday. Unfortunately i don't have any records for the 1950's or anything particularly for Devises.
I have checked the death indexes on Ancestry and can't see a Winifred with any of the three surnames there in Wiltshire. I think you will definately have to find her marriage for certain to find her at all.
