Trying to get Link between Midsomer Norton Orams and Batcombe Orams of Somerset.
Charles Oram b 1834 7th son of William Oram
He served a 5yr bootmaker apprenticeship in the west end of London
Charles left england 1857 on the 'Glentanner' for christchurch New Zealand
Married in 1867 Dau. of S Treleaven
He and his brother H (Henry?) Oram established 'The Royal' in Christchurch
Charles died in 1900 in NZ
Where was william oram's father born
