Hi all, all that I have is that Thomas Jackson was born in Picton NSW in 1838 he married Anne Newman at Deniliquin in October 1858, I obtained this information from his son Patrick(Paddy) Jackson's birth certificate, but was unable to find any further information on Thomas.

Do you know when he died? His death cert may have info, or there may be an obituary in the paper at NLA Newspapers. Worth a try!

If you purchase the marriage certificate that Ingrid gave you, it should have date of birth, where born, parents names & occupations, as well as how long in the Colony.

Have found no record of a birth in 1838, but found this

Thomas is my great,great grandfather, he lived in Picton NSW in early years of marraige, all I know is that he was born in 1838, Married an Anne Newman at Deniliquin NSW in October 1858, I believe that Anne was born in Ireland can anyone assist me with this.
