If you buy the relevant certificates and work backwards Marilyn, and this does turn out to be your grandfather, then this one in 1901 might be worth hanging on to for the future. |

hi many thanx, it looks like this is where i can resume my search from. will look further into sisters name "ginny", i assumed it stood for virginia but have had no luck tracing her. most relatives who would know have now passed away,but thanx again for the info. |

Hi i am trying to complete my family tree, but need information on my birth father; Benjamin john HORTON born 1920's he lived around the BILSTON, staffs area he had a sister "Ginny", two brothers: Samuel & Fred. Married Gladys Meese (deceased) circa 1949. Any information would be great. |
