Bless you all for helping me to untangle this mess. I do have the Death cert for Ann and it says Age 33 Wife of John Chamberlain Ag Lab, Cause English Cholera, Informant Prudence Jackson in attendence at Upleatham. I have no idea who Prudance is and there is no proper address for the event. |
