The 1881 census is for Spence, with a large curl at the end of the word which has been interpreted as Spencer.

thx its strange people used seconds names so much it makes tracking family hard they dont seam to like there names much

Sarah was my mother's great aunt - Henry Arthur and Jane my great grandparents - I'm grandson of their youngest-but-one daughter Alice. We have family photos of Leonard/Lenard, but not one that I know of Sarah (known as Sally). Not sure quite what happened, but I think something happened to Lenard (accident with scalding while infant). What's your connection?
