My uncle served on MGB/MTB 606 & I have some crew photos from 1942 &1943 which I could send to you via email if it helps- they may or may not show your great grandfather. Further assistance may be at hand from the Coastal Forces website. Regards- ANDY |

I know my father Thomas Michel Singleton was born in Guernsey in 1937 to Thomas Singleton a sailor who died in the war and mother Gertrude Sarchet. She had a daughter 13 years older than my father. |

Was Thomas jnr born in England ? The only one I can find b1937 had a mother's maiden name of McMillan. No marriage coming up for Thomas snr |

I am searching for any i nfo on Thomas Singleton who is my Great Grandfather and who died during the war in the Navy, in 1942. He had a son Thomas with Gertrude Sarchet in 1937. I think they were married but am not 100% I do not know where he was born or what year! |
