Find Ancestors

I am trying to trace the descendants of Isaac (b c 18520 and Mary (b.c 1852) Hunt, Birkenhead, Cheshire, through their children Sarah, Mary, Emma, Henry and Ethel.
Their siblings, Florence May (married Arthur Mountain 1916) is my grandmother and her brother Richard Owen (wife Alice - no children) emigrated to Australia prior to 1947.

And a clarification - is Owen the surname for Richard? And if so, why does it differ from the parents'?
