Find Ancestors

Please could anyone find this family on the 1891 and 1901? This is them on the 1881 census. Emmeline died in 1904, I don't know about Benjamin. They could be anywhere because they moved around but quite likely in Hampshire.

definitely says 'Bell' and not 'Hoy', but think it is the Hoy family!

I've been doing a bit of Hoy research and I think Emmaline may have used the surname Bell as a decoy to lose her estranged husband ,poor old Benjamin ,as they seem to have gone their separate way inbetween 1881 and 1891 and he's living in (what looks like) a boarding house in London in the 1891 census and she's down in leafy Farnham "Living by her own means"
