Is it Priscilla you are researching? What are the facts that you know so far? Dates places etc. That will help sort the relevant info for you. So far I can only offer possible pieces of the puzzle. The marriage is quite a few years after Edwards arrival and there other possible marriages. Could be diffferent Edwards or same Edward marrying several time.

This Priscilla is too young,
I wonder if she was an older daughter transported as a convict and as good as dead to her parents so named a younger child after her.
Or as relationships are not given in 1841 this Priscilla is their grandchild.

Could not see any children for this couple.
However, there was a birth for an Ellen Standen in 1847, with mother Priscilla -----? ---- & father Richard, but I can not see a marriage or any other children.
This Ellen may have married Peter Johnson in 1863 and proceeded to have 10 children ; Edward, Peter, John, Andrew, Charles, Benjamin-James, Priscilla, Ellen-Elizaneth, Albert-Lars & Francis. They lived in country Victoria.
I did find the death registration for Priscilla in 1883, 75yrs father .. Isaac Niblett mother .. Mary Reg No. .. 4518
Her age would be given by an informant and therefore subject to error. Her death certificate should include a list of all children with their ages at the time of her death. It should also indicate whether Edward was still alive or not.
I also found a death for an Edward Standen in 1870, 75yrs father .. John mother .. unknown Reg. District .. ESSE (Essendon) Reg. No. .. 9824
