Stanley Report 17 Oct 2008 21:27

My mum was adopted 1929 - born 1921 may. adoptive parents names charles and blanche simmons - lived devonshire road - horsham . My mums name kathleen mary simmons - now williams as she married. records offic ehave record of her adoption but cannot by law give original certificate of her true bloodline parents.
My mum in a home and not many years left she is the only one who can request this. i cant ask my mum as she is not well enough and no one in my family knew she was adopted and maybe my mum doesnt know either. So the only avenue is if someone knew my mum or her adoptive parents and know something of her adoption and maybe her original birth name as i already know the adoptive parents names. any help or advice would be greatly helpful. regards stan williams her youngest son.
