Hi Everyone.

Victor Howard Walker - cannot work out where he is from for sure. I would send for his birth cert but not sure of date of birth either 1899 0r 1900. His father is definately a Walter Henry Walker I have no idea who is his mother. He end ups living in kidderminster but I definately know he gets married July 1925.but no address given just Parish. Please help I am at a brick wall with this one.
