Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 103 Send Message	Please could someone kindly confirm what I believe? Henry Hodge Robson born 1860 in Hull married Mary Emma Cooper in Hull in 1878. They had two daughters, Edith and Elsie both born in Goole. In the 1881 census they are living in Goole and Henry is an 'engine fitter at works (probably the iron Fundry owned by mary's father Richard Cooper). In the 1891 census Mary and the girls are in Goole with Mary's father but no sign of Henry. There is a Henry Robson born 1860 in Hull and living in Hull but with a wife Jane and three children, all born in Hull. His occupation is a 'fitter'. I can only find one Henry Robson born in Hull in 1860. I cannot find his marrriage to Jane and neither can I find the children's births - Mary E, Gertery and Charlie. I can find none of this family in the 1901 census. Mary Emma is living in Knaresborough 'under her own means' in 1901, Edith is in Hull with Robson relatives and Elsie has died. Henry died in South Africa in 1906 - probably there in 1901. Is this the same man? Thanks
