Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 3 141 Send Message	I have a Richard Ziede born 1920 to Parents Elias and Annie? in Arizona After googling and fidling around I found a birth for Richrad Ziede with Parents Elias and Annie Rohema/Rohanna from Syria (There is also another one for his sister Mary with parents listed as Ellse and Annie Rohema-from Seria-although Mary was previously called something else and the cert was ammended in 1947)-so spellings are all a bit odd. However my puzzle is On 1930 USA census (That someone kindly sent me) Richrad born 1920 has 4 older siblings-His birth cert online though says he is the Third child born to Annie and there are three children surviving now altogether-Why has she not counted the other?s I gather some may have been born in Syria-but why not count them? Would there have been some monetary reason not to does anyone know. ALos how can I find the marriage of Annie and Elias in Syria? Assuming they married there and first children, Mellina 1914,Ferris 1915,Victoria 1916,Fred 1917 were born in Syria? Any help ideas appreciaed as I kow nothing about Syria!!! I found the certs at genealogy.az.gov
