Hello. I'm trying to find my mother's relatives. My Dad's line is via BROOK(E)S and O'HALLORAN. Theresa BROOK(E)S was my paternal Grandmother. She married Martin (?) O'HALLORAN circa 1929. Martin and Theresa had 5 children, 3 girls, Julia, Theresa and Nan and 2 boys, Eamond (or Eamonn) and Thomas Terence (aka Martin or Tom).

Thomas O'HALLORAN married Margaret Mary BYRNE, daughter of KATHLEEN (aka CATHERINE ) COWMAN and Matthew BYRNE (married probably in 1932 but not certain of the date) who had four children, Margaret, Nuala, Shiela and Desmond. The BYRNE family lived in or around Dublin from at least 1933 onwards. In 1940 the family lived in Curlew Road, Drimnagh and mum went to schools in Frances St. and Mourne Rd. Mum married Thomas Terence (aka Martin or Tom) O'HALLORAN in 1952. My mother's family also contains the name ENNIS. Clair(e) nee ENNIS was born circa 1883 and was my maternal Grandmother on the BYRNE side. Desmond was sent to live with Clair(e) in Ardee Street on the death of Matthew Byrne.I believe that Nuala, at that time, was living away from home but still in Dublin and that Sheila was sent to either an orphanage or to a girl's boarding school. She would have only been about 6 years of age when that happened. Desmond was still living in Ardee Street in the lat 1950's. There are links with Dublin, Limerick and Wexford. I know this is a long shot but if you recognise any of these names and you can help locate any of my Irish relatives I'd be most grateful.
