I have found the grave of the above in the village of Beer in Devon.
Inscription reads "In ever loving memory of Alfred The Beloved husband of Elizabeth Northcott who died at Beer 10/1/1903 age 42
Also two beloved children Frank who died 4/5/1888 aged 3 weeks and Gladys died 27/4/1888 aged 2 years 9 months
Peace Perfect Peace
Also in ever loving memory of Elizabeth Pile beloved wife of Walter Pile passed away 12/9/1925 aged 59 years.
At Rest"

Elizabeth had obviously remarried Walter Pile.

It is a large headstone with large beautifully carved lilies on the left hand side.
