Find Ancestors

I am trying to find relatives of my grandmother's family. Her name was Annie (Ann) Bennett and her fathers name was Alexander Bennett, she had one brother that I know of John, but I do not think they shared the same mother. I have a copy of my grandmother's birth certificate from Scotland, however I was unable to obtain one for her brother John. I know that he lived in Harlow and his wifes name was Josephine and I know that they had a son Freddie, as my mother has a photograph of him. Unfortunately the family lost touch when my mother was very young as Annie died when my mother was about 4. Annie married my grandfather Arthur Ronald Knight during or just after the war and they had 2 children Alan and Margaret my mother. I would love to hear from anyone who may be able to help me trace John or his son Freddie to fill in the gaps and so that my mother may know more about her family.
