Trying to find Joan Lynch, please help if u can

I'm hoping to locate Joan Lynch, born to Eileen Theresa Lynch between 1935 - 1945 in either Liverpool or Pontypridd. Unfortunately we never got to meet Joan as she was adopted though we feel she may have stayed with some distant relatives (perhaps a Patrick Lynch(?)).
Joan was married I think around 1965 and this is all the info I have.

Through researching the family tree for my uncle, it emerged that only one sibling knew about Joan and we would like to find her if we can.

If anyone has any suggestions/ideas/possible matches we would love to hear from you. I have checked the birth/death/marriage register but without further details I cannot confirm any true matches.

Please help if you can,

Thanks
