Member Since: October 2006 Posts: 7 Send Message	I have record of the subject being a member of 'ALLEGHENY CITY POLICE', Pennsylvania, in May,1864. I would be grateful if any American member can assist.with residential records or any other means of establishing his presence in USA as he had returned to Ayr, Scotland in 1880.
