My great-grandfather William Henry Mace of Cheltenham married Sarah Elizabeth Suddaby born 1861 of Sculcoates in 1878 - she was just 16. She had brothers John Edward (Ned) born 1853, and William Robert, born 1852.Father was William Suddaby, born in Barrowden, Uppingham, head gardener of Northgate, Cottingham, York. Mother was Ann Suddaby, nee Longman William Robert S married Caroline, and they had 7 children - Florence b 1877, Louisa b 1876, William A b 1881, Lilian G b 1882, Selina M b 1884, George E b 1885, Dorothy b 1891. William, Florence, Louisa and Lilian were all teachers. John Edward (Ned) Suddaby married Dinah, and had 4 children - Gertrude b 1886, Florence A b 1889, Clara G b 1890, and Arthur E B b 1893. Any info on decendants of the above gratefully received.
