HAD A SON HARRY FROM PREVIOUS MARRAGE,HAD A DAUGHTER MARGARET/BARBARA WITH 2ND WIFE.BILLY WAS FROM A LARGE FAMILY 17 CHILDREN IN ALL,ONLY NAME OF BROTHER WAS ISSASC. BILL WAS IN ARMY DIED JANUARY 16 1959 AT STAFFORD HOSPITAL, TRYING TO FIND ANY COUSINS FOR MY MOTHER !!!PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW OF ANY ROTHWELL'S FROM STOKE ON TRENT
