Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	My paternal great grandmother Elizabeth? (Betsy) Roberts married William Hardy c 1880 in Bolton Lancashire. I believe her family were in some way connected with manufacturing laundry equipment (mangles) and that she herself was born in either Westhoughton or Horwich.
