My gt gt gt grandfather was called William Phease b. c1873 in Montrose, Scotland. He married Margaret Denholm and raised his family in Montrose. His daughter, Jane, is my gt gt grandmother Its taken a while to verify the name was indeed Phease - since Jane's name on her daughter's marriage certificate looked like 'Hays' or 'Fays' but 'Scotlandspeople' have been very helpful and agreed with me that it was likely to be 'Phease'.
Is there anyone else looking for the family 'Phease' please?
