!!! Information on John Arthur Parker, Please

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can help me find anything on John Arthur Parker.
He was the younger brother of Beatrice.
he worked at Borstal Prison as a Prison Officer, and was still there in 1984, dont know what happened to him after that.
I Have looked for his death from 1984 upwards, but cannot seem to find him, if i can find his death maybe i can find his birth.
His sister was Beatrice but i have a feeling she was born out of wedlock. so probably had a different surname for a while. She was born in 1917 in London area.
Sorry dont really know much more then that.
