All i know is that he married Alice Eleanor Wheatley in 1901 in Stepney and these had 10 children but i have no dates or places for 9 children, all i have is names so any help would be nice. Names listed below.. Neddie/Edward Owen William Owen Thomas Owen Mary Owen Edith Owen Emma Owen Rose Owen Elizabeth Owen Ellen Owen All born in London i hope going by the marriage of the Parents
