Trying to find father - can you help

I have a cousin, James Henry Neilson born in 1930 to Daisy Alice Neilson, who was born in 1913 in Brisbane. Daisy was only 16 years old when he was born.
He had never been told who his father was and desperately wanted to know. His father was never spoken of by his mother and they never married. He was told his mother was his sister.
Perhaps someone out there had a relative who has mentioned my aunt's name or her son to them. We don't know if he was aware she was even pregnant.
Sadly Jim passed away on 24th June 2008 but he has two sons who need to know who their Grandfather was.
