TRying to find Maureen .

Hi, could any one please help or advise me where to look.
I have been trying to find a lady, her birth name was Maureen Murphy, born around 1920s, she married a Charles Robinson in 1947 jan/feb/march, they had a daughter in 1947, Yvonne.They divorced a few years later and i think she married a J.A.Thomas in 1953,if this is her the records show she married as Maureen Robinson.They lived and married in the liverpool area on both marriages, and Yvonne was born in liverpool in1947 july/aug/sept.
I would be very grateful for any info on either Maureen or Yvonne, i have tried many ways even local paper adds but no news. Many thanks Pauline.
