Got an old bible in a charity shop - the first few pages have handwriitten details of births and deaths in the Morris family (William amd Ann) of Loughor in the early 1800s, if anyone is interested

Hello Sean
I am searching for our old Welsh family bible. My name is Jennifer Morris. My dad was Gilbert Walter Morris and was born in Llanelli in 1922. His dad was William born circa 1879 his mum was Mary Hannah nee Gwilym also born the same time. My dad was the youngest of 13 children.

I will be very interested to hear if any of these names appeared in bible.

The notes are apparently written by Anne Morris, born 1821, daughter of Rees Hopkins, Pilot, of Llanelly, who married William Morris, of the Ship and Castle, Loughor. They had - John (born 1848), William (born 1849, died 1852), Sarah (born 1851), William (born 1854), George Beddow (born 1856) and Eleanor (born 1859). William senior died 1860 - his parents were William and Margaret Morris.

Hi

I've just started researching this family on behalf of a Facebook acquaintance who is directly descended from the Morris family whose family BIble you came across in 2009. I just wondered if it was still in your possession or if it had found its way to the family already.

Regards
